Festive Comfort and a Christmas Tradition

Adam and I have a Christmas tradition where we buy each other winter pajamas that we open on Christmas eve so we can wake up in them on Christmas morning. It is by far my favourite of our Christmas traditions, but coming in a close second is drinking Winter Pimms and putting blue cheese in our mince pies.

If I could get away with wearing pajamas day in, day out, I probably would. They're my favourite kind of clothes to go shopping for, and I never get that new purchase satisfaction so strongly as I do with a fresh pair of pajamas to put on at night.

Above are a few pajama selections that I think are just dreamy. Nothing says cosy like a cashmere cardigan and blanket to warp yourself up in. And that fig & jasmine candle up there? I had a sniff of it at the market on Saturday and it's next on my candle wish list. I'm going to bet that if heaven doesn't smell like a full on roast dinner with all the trimmings, it definitely smells like that fig & jasmine candle.
