I'm so pleased to be back to this little blog of mine, I've really missed it.
I want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has written to me with such kind emails and notes while I've been away, whether long or short, they have helped more than I can say. Thank you thank you thank you.
Here are a couple of other things that have kept me going lately:
Adam: Not only has he kept my head above water the past month, he has helped to carry my family through a really tough time. We wouldn't have been able to do what needed to be done these past few weeks if it wasn't for him.
Remembering: that kindness is the most important thing, for yourself and for other people, because this is so very true.

Nashville: I'm so addicted and I'm not even ashamed. I've been watching back to back episodes of this show and I love it.
Tea from a friend: it arrives just at the right moment and has the power to lift you up off the floor during your weakest moments.
David Attenborough: listening to his autobiography, Life on Air, on audiobook has been so relaxing. Is there anything that man can't do?
Chicken soup: if I were to hazard a guess, I would say I've made about seven soups in four weeks. It really does solve a lot - not as much as tea! But an awful lot.
